The UAE Urban Search and Rescue team has once again secured the esteemed “heavy” classification, the highest international rating given by the International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG), a UN-affiliated entity. UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan extended his congratulations to the team for achieving this accolade, marking the third instance the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority’s team has attained this elite status.
