Meteorologists from the region have predicted a continuation of stable weather across the nation, characterized by clear skies, light to moderate winds, and a low likelihood of significant weather disturbances.
For those in inland regions, temperatures on Friday are forecast to range between 44°C and 48°C. Coastal and island areas can expect slightly cooler conditions, with highs between 36°C and 43°C, while the mountainous regions are likely to experience temperatures from 32°C to 39°C. The winds will predominantly flow from the southwest to northwest, reaching speeds of 10 to 20kph and occasionally gusting up to 30kph. Meanwhile, the sea conditions in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman are expected to remain calm.
This weather pattern of hot and mostly clear skies is projected to persist into the weekend. On Saturday morning, some low clouds might form along parts of the eastern coast, and the winds could intensify at times, with speeds potentially reaching up to 40kph. A slight dip in temperatures is forecast for Sunday as more active northwesterly winds come into play. The Arabian Gulf might see rougher seas during this time, though the Sea of Oman is expected to maintain slight to moderate conditions.
Similar weather conditions are expected to extend into Monday and Tuesday, characterized by fair skies and occasional morning clouds along the eastern coast. During this period, fresh winds may occur intermittently, and sea conditions are predicted to gradually improve as the week progresses.
