UAE Leaders Engage in Eid Al Adha, Boosting Economic and Business Relations.

On Wednesday morning, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan attended the Eid Al Adha prayers at Abu Dhabi’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. He was accompanied by senior leaders, officials, and a congregation of worshippers to mark the commencement of the significant religious festival.

Post-prayers, Sheikh Mohamed exchanged greetings with the attendees, celebrating the onset of Eid. The sermon delivered by Dr. Omar Al Darei, who chairs the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat, underscored the pivotal role of honesty in fostering trust, national unity, and societal stability. He lauded the UAE’s leadership for their efforts in fortifying the nation through a steadfast commitment to unity and national interests.

Alongside Sheikh Mohamed were prominent leaders such as Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed. Together with the worshippers, they recited Al Fatiha to honor the memory of the UAE’s Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

Throughout the Emirates, other UAE rulers and senior leaders joined citizens and residents for Eid prayers at renowned mosques. In Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed participated in prayers at Zabeel Grand Mosque, while in Sharjah, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi joined worshippers at Sharjah Mosque.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi was present at Al Zaher Palace Mosque in Ajman for the prayers, and Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi attended the service at Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Fujairah. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla performed Eid prayers at Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Mualla Mosque in Umm Al Quwain, and Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi joined the congregation at Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Mosque in Ras Al Khaimah. These prayer gatherings collectively signified the start of Eid Al Adha celebrations across the UAE, drawing thousands to mosques nationwide.
