The Al Samha Housing Project, a significant residential development valued at Dh738 million, has been officially opened by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi. This ambitious initiative aims to elevate living standards and foster community growth within the emirate.

Spanning a 50-hectare area, the development comprises 242 villas and incorporates an array of community-focused features. Among these are 33 public parks and green areas, a mosque designed to accommodate 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track. These facilities are integral to the project’s vision of creating a cohesive living environment that caters to modern lifestyles and enhances the quality of life for residents.
